The invention relates to the technical field of wind turbine generator blade deicing, in particular to a wind turbine generator blade unmanned aerial vehicle deicing assembly and method. Comprising an unmanned aerial vehicle assembly and a deicing assembly, and the unmanned aerial vehicle assembly and the deicing assembly are fixed to the lower side of the unmanned aerial vehicle assembly; the unmanned aerial vehicle assembly is used for driving the deicing assembly to fly to a designated position; the deicing assembly comprises a fixing frame, a deicing agent storage box and a deicing control system used for pumping out a deicing agent in the deicing agent storage box. The deicing agent storage box is fixed to the lower side of the unmanned aerial vehicle assembly through a fixing frame. The problem of deicing the independently iced wind turbine generator blades is solved, and local deicing is achieved.
