The invention discloses a cable deicing unmanned aerial vehicle and relates to the technical field of electric power engineering. The cable deicing robot aims to solve the problems that in the deicing process of an existing cable deicing robot, an insulating layer of a cable is prone to being damaged, and the deicing working efficiency is low. According to the deicing mode, the ice breaking blades on the chain on the second clamping jaw continuously slide on the ice shell on the outer surface of the cable, so that the ice shell on the outer surface of the cable is cracked or broken, and then the arc-shaped heating plate on the first clamping jaw is used for heating the ice shell on the outer surface of the cable; therefore, the temperature can quickly pass through the cracks of the ice shell to quickly melt the ice shell on the outer surface of the cable; icebreaking and heating are carried out at the same time, then the maneuvering flight capability of the unmanned aerial vehicle body is utilized, deicing operation can be rapidly carried out on the whole cable from head to tail, and the working efficiency is improved; and a temperature controller is adopted to control the arc-shaped heating plate, so that the phenomenon that an insulating layer of the cable is damaged is avoided. The cable deicing device is suitable for deicing operation of cables.

    一种线缆除冰无人机,涉及电力工程技术领域。为解决现有的线缆除冰机器人在除冰的过程中,容易对线缆的绝缘层造成破坏,并且除冰的工作效率较低的问题。此种除冰方式采用二号夹爪上的链条上破冰刀片对线缆外表面的冰壳进行连续的滑动,且使线缆外表面上的冰壳出现裂纹或破裂,再利用一号卡爪上的弧形加热板对线缆外表面上的冰壳加热,从而可以使温度通过冰壳的裂纹快速的进而冰壳的内部,使线缆外表面的冰壳快速融化;采用破冰和加热同时进行,再利用无人机本体的机动飞行能力,可以快速的将整根线缆从头到尾进行除冰作业,提高了工作效率;还采用温控器对弧形加热板进行控制,避免线缆的绝缘层产生损坏的现象。本发明适用于对线缆进行除冰作业。
