The invention relates to the technical field of aircrafts, and discloses a multi-gap flexible attitude adjusting mechanism for a rotorcraft and the rotorcraft. The multi-gap flexible attitude adjusting mechanism is mounted between a motor mounting platform and a steering engine mounting platform of the rotorcraft and comprises a mechanism body, a vertically-through columnar cavity is formed in the Z direction of the mechanism body, a first digging groove and a second digging groove are symmetrically formed in the X-direction orthogonal direction and the Y-direction orthogonal direction of the mechanism body respectively, and the first digging groove is communicated with the second digging groove. The first digging grooves and the second digging grooves are staggered up and down to form a multi-layer structural feature; and the residual material of each layer after grooving forms a connecting boss. Compared with the prior art, the attitude adjusting mechanism solves the problems that a traditional attitude adjusting mechanism of the rotor craft has many parts and is complex to assemble; the device has the technical advantages of low cost and low maintenance cost, and provides possibility for large-scale manufacturing and equipment.

    本发明涉及飞行器技术领域,公开一种旋翼飞行器用多间隙柔性调姿机构及旋翼飞行器。所述多间隙柔性调姿机构安装在旋翼飞行器的电机安装平台和舵机安装平台之间,包括机构本体,在所述机构本体的Z向上设有上下贯通的柱状腔体,在所述机构本体的X向和Y向两个正交方向上分别对称地设有第一挖槽和第二挖槽,所述第一挖槽和所述第二挖槽上下错位设置,形成多层的结构特征;挖槽后每层的剩余材料构成连接凸台。与现有技术相比,本发明克服了传统旋翼飞行器调姿机构零部件多、装配复杂的问题;具有低成本、维护成本低的技术优势,为大规模制造和装备提供了可能性。
