The water jet propulsion pump flow velocity monitoring and compensating device is designed to monitor the flow velocity of the water inlet and the water jet nozzle, the monitoring data are calculated and processed through the controller, analog quantity signals are sent to the main shaft so as to compensate the rotating speed of the impeller, and the problem that the rotating speed of the impeller is influenced due to mechanical abrasion and device aging is effectively solved. And the problem that the rotating speed of the impeller is not in place due to nonlinearity of a rotating speed curve is solved, and the thrust control precision is improved. And meanwhile, the flow velocity sensors at the inlet and the nozzle are designed in a redundant manner, and data are weighted, so that the reliability of the device is improved.

    本发明的技术方案是提供了一种喷水推进泵流速监测补偿装置,其特征在于,包括进口流速传感器;喷口流速传感器;控制器。本发明设计了一种喷水推进泵流速监测补偿装置,对进水口和喷水口的流速进行监测,通过控制器对监测数据进行计算处理,将模拟量信号发送至主轴从而补偿叶轮转速,有效解决了由于机械磨损和器件老化,以及转速曲线非线性引起的叶轮转速不到位的问题,提高了推力控制的精度。同时冗余设计了进口和喷口位置的流速传感器,对数据进行加权处理,增加了装置的可靠性。
