The invention discloses a water jet propulsion pump test bench capable of adjusting the flow velocity of a pump inlet, which comprises a motor, a surge tank, an annular circulating water tank and a flow velocity adjusting system, and is characterized in that the motor is in power connection with a water jet propulsion pump to be tested and is used for providing power; the surge tank is connected with an outlet of the to-be-tested water jet propulsion pump, and the annular circulating water tank is communicated with an inlet end of the to-be-tested water jet propulsion pump; the annular circulating water tank is connected with the surge tank; a circulating pump is arranged in the annular circulating water tank; the flow speed adjusting system is arranged in the annular circulating water tank and located at an inlet of the water jet propulsion pump to be tested. The annular circulating water tank is further provided with an observation port used for PIV shooting to obtain information of an inlet flow field of the water-jet propulsion pump. The water-jet propulsion pump test bed with the flow speed adjusting system and the circulating pump is arranged, and the ship navigation working condition is simulated by adjusting the flow speed of the annular circulating water tank; and testing the real working state of the water jet propulsion pump in the ship sailing process to obtain the inlet flow velocity in the ship sailing process.
本发明公开了一种可调节泵进口流速的喷水推进泵试验台,包括电机、稳压罐、环形循环水箱、流速调节系统,电机与待测喷水推进泵动力连接,用于提供动力;稳压罐与待测喷水推进泵的出口连接,环形循环水箱与待测喷水推进泵的进口端连通;环形循环水箱与稳压罐连接;环形循环水箱内设置循环泵;流速调节系统设置在环形循环水箱内,且位于待测喷水推进泵的进口处;环形循环水箱还设置观察口用于PIV拍摄获取喷水推进泵进口流场信息,本发明通过设置带有流速调节系统和循环泵的喷水推进泵试验台,通过调节环形循环水箱流速模拟船舶航行工况,进而开展船舶航行过程中喷水推进泵真实工作状态的试验,获得船舶航行过程中进口流速。
