The invention relates to a method and system for determining the rotating speed of an engine under the idling charging working condition, and the method specifically comprises the steps: S1, building a whole vehicle NVH finite element simulation model, and carrying out the modal analysis of the whole vehicle; s2, acquiring excitation frequency ranges corresponding to subsystems and a power assembly of the whole vehicle according to the rotating speed range of the engine under the idle charging working condition; s3, on the basis of S1 and S2, whether the whole vehicle mode can avoid all subsystems of the whole vehicle and the excitation frequency of a power assembly is judged, if yes, the process is ended, and if not, the step S4 is executed; s4, cylinder pressure excitation of the engine at different rotating speeds under the idling charging working condition is obtained, whole vehicle NVH performance analysis is conducted, and the vibration speed of a steering wheel and the noise pressure of the right ear of a driver at different rotating speeds are obtained; and S5, based on the vibration speed of the steering wheel and the noise pressure at the right ear of the driver, determining the engine speed under the idling charging condition. The NVH performance target requirement of the whole vehicle is met, and the later rectification cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种怠速充电工况时发动机转速的确定方法及系统,所述方法具体为:S1:建立整车NVH有限元仿真模型,并进行整车模态分析;S2:通过在怠速充电工况下的发动机转速范围,获取出整车的各子系统以及动力总成对应的激励频率范围;S3:基于S1和S2,判断整车模态是否能够避开整车的各子系统以及动力总成的激励频率,若能避开则结束,若不能则进入S4;S4:获取发动机在怠速充电工况时的不同转速下的缸压激励,进行整车NVH性能分析,得到不同转速下方向盘处振动速度和驾驶员右耳处噪声声压;S5:基于方向盘振动速度和驾驶员右耳处噪声声压,确定怠速充电工况的发动机转速。本发明达到整车NVH性能目标要求,减少后期整改成本。
