The invention relates to a method for urgently stopping loading operation without getting off a vehicle by a driver at an unattended vehicle loading station. The method comprises the following steps: collecting environmental noise; whistling and sampling; constructing a whistling digital identification model; suspected whistling is found; judging duration time; frequency judgment; amplitude judgment; position judgment; and judging whistling. According to the invention, the sound of the surrounding environment in the loading process is monitored, and the sudden change of the sound with the increased amplitude is judged according to the factors such as duration, frequency, amplitude, position and the like, so that whether the whistling which is used for alarming and needs to stop the loading process occurs or not is determined, and a complete whistling alarm system is formed. According to the invention, continuous whistling is utilized to give an alarm to surrounding personnel in a most convenient and rapid manner and notify a control system of a loading station to automatically carry out emergency risk avoiding. During whistling, a driver does not need to open a vehicle door to get off or even does not need to open a vehicle window, and loading operation can be stopped rapidly. Under the condition that a truck loading accident happens, it is very important to effectively prevent the human body from being hurt.

    本发明涉及一种无人值守汽车装车站司机免下车紧急中止装车作业的方法,包括:采集环境噪声;鸣笛采样;构建鸣笛数字识别模型;发现有疑似鸣笛;持续时间判断;频率判断;幅度判断;位置判断;判定为鸣笛。本发明通过对装车过程中周围环境的声响的监测,以持续时间、频率、幅度、位置等因素对幅值增加的声响突变进行判别,确定是否有用于告警并需要中止装车进程的鸣笛出现,形成一个完整的鸣笛报警系统。本发明利用连续鸣笛以最便捷快速的方式向周围人员告警并通知装车站的控制系统自动进行紧急避险。鸣笛时司机无需打开车门下车,甚至无需打开车窗,即能够实现快速停止装车作业。这在装车发生事故的情况下,有效避免人身受到伤害特别重要。
