Simulating real movement of an object, such as a vehicle or pedestrian, which accounts for anomalous behavior, may include generating an agent behavior model based at least in part on an output of a perceived component of an autonomous vehicle, and determining a difference between the output and log data including an indication of actual maneuver of the object location. Simulating the movement of the object may include determining a predicted motion of the object using a perceptual component and modifying the predicted motion based at least in part on an agent behavioral model.
