The invention discloses a method for hoisting heavy horizontal equipment in a frame, and belongs to the technical field of chemical equipment installing.The method comprises the steps that two preformed holes are correspondingly reserved in the fixing positions of all frame layers on the upper portion of an equipment penetrating layer, and the equipment is hoisted from the outside of the frame and integrally penetrates into the frame; the front bearing sliding system, the rear bearing sliding system, the temporary platform and the winch system are matched to achieve horizontal displacement of the equipment in the frame, and then a crane steel wire rope penetrates through the connecting equipment downwards through two reserved holes to hoist the equipment to the installation position. Compared with the prior art, only the reserved hole needs to be formed in the frame layer, the equipment horizontally moves in the frame penetrating layer, the problem that the reserved structure amount is large is solved, and the construction period control requirement is not affected.
本发明公开了一种框架内重型卧式设备吊装方法,属于化工设备安装技术领域,该方法是在设备穿入层上部的各框架层固定位置对应地预留两个预留孔,设备从框架外抬吊整体穿入框架,由前部、后部承载滑移系统和临时平台、卷扬系统配合实现设备在框架内部水平移位,然后将起重机钢丝绳通过两个预留孔下穿连接设备将设备吊装至安装位置。与现有技术相比,该方法只需在框架层上开预留洞,设备在框架穿入层内水平移动,克服了预留结构量大的问题,不影响工期控制要求。
