Horizontal supporting beams are fixed to the left portion and the right portion of the top end of a supporting base correspondingly, a through lower observation groove is formed in the middle of the supporting base, vertical lifting rings are rotationally connected to the front portions and the rear portions of the two supporting beams correspondingly, and a plurality of vertical sliding grooves are formed in the front portion and the rear portion of the supporting base correspondingly; the sliding grooves in the front portion correspond to the sliding grooves in the rear portion in a front-back mode, and a horizontal supporting plate is fixed to the middle of each sliding groove. By controlling the transmission plate to move leftwards and rightwards relative to the supporting seat, the front-back distance between the sliding plates at the front part and the rear part of the supporting seat can be conveniently and quickly adjusted, so that the front-back distance between the clamping jaws at the front part and the rear part of the supporting seat can be quickly adjusted, and a target energy storage battery PACK can be quickly clamped and released; in the lifting process, the pin plate is located at different positions of the supporting beam at the top end of the right portion of the supporting base, and the self-locking effect can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种用于储能电池PACK的吊装夹具,所述支撑座顶端左右两部各固定有水平的支撑梁,且中部设有贯穿的下观察槽,两所述支撑梁前后两部各转动连接有竖直的吊环,所述支撑座前后两部各设有多个竖直的滑动槽,且前部的滑动槽与其后部的滑动槽前后相互对应,各所述滑动槽中部分别固定有水平的支撑板。本发明通过控制传动板相较于支撑座的左右移动,能够方便快捷的调节支撑座前后两部的滑动板之间的前后间距,从而能够快速调节支撑座前后两部的夹爪之间的前后间距,即可快速的对目标储能电池PACK进行夹取和释放,而在吊运过程中通过使得销板处于支撑座右部顶端的支撑梁的不同位置,能够实现自锁效果。
