The invention relates to the technical field of battery module production, and discloses a battery module hoisting fixture and a hoisting method.The fixture comprises a main body frame, a bottom supporting tool, a suction cup device connected to the bottom face of the main body frame and extrusion locking mechanisms connected to the bottom face of the main body frame and located on the two sides of the suction cup device; the extrusion locking mechanism is used for extruding the battery module to a certain size and keeping the pressure of the battery module; the bottom supporting tool is detachably connected with the main body frame through the bottom supporting tool connecting piece, and a grabbing and lifting space for fixing the battery module is formed between the bottom supporting tool and the suction cup device; the top locking mechanism is connected to the main body frame so as to fix the bottom supporting tool after the supporting tool and the main body frame are connected. The stability of the battery module transfer process can be guaranteed, and the battery modules are prevented from falling off; and it is also guaranteed that the sizes of the battery modules cannot be changed in the transferring process, and smooth boxing of the subsequent battery modules is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及电池模组生产技术领域,公开了一种电池模组吊装夹具及吊装方法,夹具包括主体框架、底部支撑工装、连接在主体框架底面的吸盘装置和连接在主体框架底面且位于吸盘装置两侧的挤压锁紧机构,挤压锁紧机构用于将电池模组挤压到一定尺寸并使电池模组保压;底部支撑工装通过底部支撑工装连接件和主体框架可拆卸连接,底部支撑工装和吸盘装置之间形成固定电池模组的抓取托举空间;顶部锁紧机构连接在主体框架上,以在支撑工装和主体框架连接后固定底部支撑工装。本申请可保证电池模组转运过程的稳定,防止电池模组掉落;还保证了转运过程中电池模组的尺寸不会发生变化,保证后续电池模组的顺利装箱。
