The invention discloses a marine main engine position adjusting device and a using method thereof.The marine main engine position adjusting device comprises a base, an adjusting screw rod, a transverse moving wedge block, a vertical moving wedge block and an automatic attaching supporting block, and a rectangular groove and a square sliding way connected with the rectangular groove are formed in the base; a threaded hole communicated with the rectangular groove is formed in one side face of the base in a penetrating mode, an adjusting screw rod is screwed to penetrate through the threaded hole, the end of the adjusting screw rod abuts against a transverse moving wedge block arranged in the rectangular groove, a vertical moving wedge block is located on the transverse moving wedge block, and the inclined face of the vertical moving wedge block makes contact with the inclined face of the transverse moving wedge block. A supporting groove extending to the top of the vertical moving wedge block is formed in the upper portion of the vertical moving wedge block, and the automatic attaching supporting block is placed in the supporting groove. The vertical position of the marine main engine can be quickly adjusted in place, the positioning precision and the mounting efficiency of the marine main engine are improved, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and time and labor are saved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶主机调位装置及其使用方法,所述装置包括底座、调节螺杆、横向移动楔块、垂向移动楔块和自动贴合支撑块,底座内设有长方形凹槽和与长方形凹槽相衔接的方形滑道,底座的一侧面上贯穿开设有与所述长方形凹槽相连通的螺纹孔,调节螺杆旋拧穿过螺纹孔并使其端部抵在设置在长方形凹槽内的横向移动楔块上,垂向移动楔块坐落在横向移动楔块上并使其斜面与横向移动楔块的斜面相接触,垂向移动楔块的上部开设有一个延伸到其顶部的支撑凹槽,自动贴合支撑块放置在支撑凹槽内。本发明能将船舶主机的垂向位置快速调整到位,不仅提高了船舶主机的定位精度和安装效率,而且也降低了工作人员的劳动强度,十分省时省力。
