The invention provides a ship underwater detection device. The ship underwater detection device comprises a ship platform and an underwater detection assembly. A containing cavity and an opening are formed in the middle of the ship platform, the underwater detection assembly is contained in the containing cavity and located in the middle of the ship platform, the traction winch is connected with a traction rope, and a supporting frame of the underwater detection assembly is connected to the traction rope and dives into the space below the water surface from the middle of the ship platform through the opening under traction of the traction winch and the traction rope. The underwater detection assembly is prevented from making contact with the tail of the ship platform, abrasion between the underwater detection assembly and the tail of the ship platform along with winding and unwinding of the traction rope is avoided, the underwater detection assembly fully utilizes the space in the middle of the ship platform, and the underwater detection assembly can conveniently submerge into the space below the water surface through the opening from the middle of the ship platform in the vertical direction; according to the ship underwater detection device, swinging of the underwater detection assembly in the retracting and releasing process is reduced, the safety of the ship underwater detection device is improved, and in addition, the detection module dives into the space below the water surface along with movement of the supporting frame.
