The invention discloses an automobile low-voltage lithium battery device and a control method thereof, and the device comprises a battery device body which at least comprises a first battery cell group and a second battery cell group composed of a plurality of battery cells; the BMS module at least comprises a first control unit, a second control unit, a voltage and current sensor module, a temperature sensor module, a switch module and a communication interface module; the first control unit and the second control unit execute the connection or disconnection state of the first battery module and the second battery module according to the charge state and the battery health state, provided by the sensor module, of the first battery cell set and the second battery cell set respectively, normal power supply of the EPS is guaranteed, and the state of the low-voltage lithium battery device is fed back to a user. According to the vehicle speed, the acceleration signal and the battery parameters, the SOC information and the SOH information of the battery are synchronously calculated, three switches in the battery are adjusted, normal power supply of a key safety part EPS is guaranteed, and the current battery state signal is fed back to a vehicle gateway through a CAN/LIN.

    本发明公开了一种汽车低压锂电池装置及其控制方法,包括:电池装置本体,至少包括若干电芯组成的第一、第二电芯组;BMS模块,包括至少第一、第二控制单元、电压与电流传感器模块、温度传感器模块、开关模块和通信接口模块;第一、第二控制单元分别根据传感器模块提供的第一、第二电芯组的荷电状态及电池健康状态,以执行第一、第二电池模块的接入或断开状态,保证EPS的正常供电,并向用户反馈低压锂电池装置的状态。本发明根据车速、加速度信号和电池参数,同步计算出电池荷电状态SOC及电池健康状态SOH信息,调整电池内部三个开关,保证关键安全零件EPS的正常供电,并通过CAN/LIN将当前电池状态信号再反馈给整车网关。
