The invention discloses an electric vehicle anti-slip control method and system based on a motor controller, and the method comprises the steps: detecting vehicle parameters in real time when a vehicle runs, judging whether the vehicle enters an anti-slip mode or not according to the vehicle parameters, and if the vehicle enters the anti-slip mode, judging whether the number of times of entering the anti-slip mode reaches a set number of times or not; if the set number of times is reached, fault alarm is prompted, and the vehicle is controlled to enter a standby mode; and if the set frequency is not reached, the motor torque is controlled to be accumulated until the vehicle does not slip on the slope, and whether the vehicle enters the anti-slip mode or not is judged again. When the vehicle enters the anti-slope-sliding mode, the vehicle exits from slope sliding by increasing the torque, the anti-slope-sliding mode and the normal operation mode are both torque modes, and unnecessary problems caused by mode switching do not exist; and after the number of entering times of the anti-slip mode is continuously accumulated to exceed the set number of times, the anti-slip system reports the anti-slip fault and does not run any more, so that the motor is prevented from being damaged by entering the anti-slip mode for a long time.
本发明公开了一种基于电机控制器的电动汽车防溜坡控制方法及系统,车辆行驶时实时检测车辆参数,根据车辆参数判断车辆是否进入防溜坡模式,若进入防溜坡模式,判断进入防溜坡模式的次数是否达到设定次数;若达到设定次数,则提示故障报警,控制车辆进入待机模式;若未达到设定次数,则控制电机转矩累加直至车辆不溜坡后,再次判断是否进入防溜坡模式。本发明在车辆进入防溜坡模式时,通过增加转矩使车辆退出溜坡,防溜坡模式和正常运行模式都是转矩模式,不存在模式切换而带来的不必要的问题;防溜坡模式进入次数连续累计超过设定次数后防溜车系统报防溜坡故障而不再运行,防止了长时间进入防溜坡模式从而损坏电机。
