The invention provides a composite material plate spring and a preparation method, and relates to the field of vehicle suspension systems.The composite material plate spring comprises a plate spring body, the plate spring body comprises a plurality of glass fiber layers, a plurality of carbon fiber layers and polyurethane resin, and the carbon fiber layers are evenly distributed among the glass fiber layers; and the polyurethane resin is poured into gaps and surfaces between the plurality of carbon fiber layers and the plurality of glass fiber layers. According to the composite material plate spring, polyurethane resin which is lower in cost, light in weight and higher in specific strength is used, the strength of the plate spring body is improved in the mode that the carbon fiber layer and the glass fiber layer are laid in a mixed mode, the bearing capacity of the composite material plate spring is remarkably improved, and the service life of the composite material plate spring is remarkably prolonged; when the carbon fiber layer and the glass fiber layer which are equal in length and width are used for manufacturing the plate spring body with the same thickness, more application conditions can be met, the defects that glue injection is not thorough and resin is rich between the adjacent fiber layers can be overcome in the resin injection process, various mechanical properties of a product are enhanced, and the risk of product cracking is reduced.

    本发明提供一种复合材料板簧及制备方法,涉及车辆悬架系统领域,其包括:板簧本体,板簧本体包括若干玻璃纤维层、若干碳纤维层和聚氨酯树脂,若干碳纤维层均匀分布在若干玻璃纤维层之间,聚氨酯树脂灌注于若干碳纤维层和若干玻璃纤维层之间的空隙及表面。本发明复合材料板簧使用成本更低、重量轻、比强度更高的聚氨酯树脂,使用碳纤维层与玻璃纤维层混合铺设的方式增加板簧本体的强度,使复合材料板簧承载能力及使用寿命均显著提高,在使用等长、宽的碳纤维层和玻璃纤维层制成等厚度的板簧本体时,可以满足更多的应用情况,在树脂灌注的过程中也会减少注胶不透和相邻纤维层之间富树脂的缺陷,增强产品的各项力学性能,减少产品开裂的风险。
