The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting follow-up control of cranes, and provides a hoisting control method and device and a crane. The winch control method is applied to a winch follow-up control process of the crane, and comprises the following steps: if an initial position of an arm head of a suspension arm is calibrated, determining a follow-up distance between a lifting hook and the arm head according to the initial position of the arm head; determining a preset length according to the weight of the hook, the steel wire rope multiplying power of the hook, the follow-up distance and the steel wire rope density of the hook; and the telescopic arm state of the suspension arm and the arm length of the suspension arm are obtained, and the working mode and working parameters of the winch are controlled according to the telescopic arm state, the arm length and the preset length. During application, the rope winding and unwinding mode and the rope winding and unwinding speed are determined according to various specific parameters, so that the control process is more intelligent and regular. According to the rope winding and unwinding speed executed according to the specific working conditions, the tightness degree of the steel wire rope on the winch can be controlled, and therefore the steel wire rope on the winch can be prevented from being disordered.

    本申请涉及起重机卷扬随动控制技术领域,提供了卷扬控制方法及装置、起重机。其中卷扬控制方法应用于起重机的卷扬随动控制过程,该方法包括:若已标定吊臂的臂头的初始位置,则根据臂头的初始位置确定吊钩与臂头之间的随动距离;根据吊钩的重量、吊钩的钢丝绳倍率、随动距离以及吊钩的钢丝绳密度确定预设长度;以及获取吊臂的伸缩臂状态以及吊臂的臂长,并根据伸缩臂状态、臂长以及预设长度,控制卷扬的工作模式以及工作参数。本申请在应用时,根据各项具体参数来确定收放绳模式以及收放绳速度,使得控制过程更加智能化、规则化。依据具体的工况执行的收放绳速度,能够使得卷扬上的钢丝绳的松紧程度可控化,从而可以避免卷扬上钢丝绳发生乱绳。
