PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane over-winding control device which can improve safety when lifting a hook.SOLUTION: A crane over-winding control device for controlling over-winding of a wire 2 which hangs a hook 4 from a boom 1 comprises: a pressure sensor 14 for detecting a holding pressure of a cylinder which tiltably supports the boom 1; a hook stop part 15 for stopping lifting of the hook 4; and an over-winding control part 16 which senses collision of the hook 4 onto the boom 1 based on a drop in the holding pressure detected by the pressure sensor 14, and stops lifting of the hook 4 via the hook stop part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
