The present application relates to a vital sign measurement device, and aims to provide a vital sign measurement device which enables a measured person to easily perform vital sign measurement after a collision. The vital sign measuring device is arranged on a seat (1), the seat (1) is provided with a seat surface part (10) for bearing thighs (110) and buttocks (120) of a measured person (100) and a seat backrest part (20) arranged along the back of the measured person, and the vital sign measuring device is provided with a sensor which is in contact with fingers except the thumb of the measured person to measure vital signs. The sensor includes a side portion sensor (200) disposed below a side edge portion of the seat surface portion.
