本发明属于起重机吊臂状态测量技术领域,具体涉及一种吊臂旁弯的测量方法及测量装置,包括分别获取A、B、C点处经纬度信息;分别获取AB、AC、BC的直线距离;根据AB、AC、BC的直线距离计算吊臂旁弯量P,所述旁弯量为C点到AB延长线的垂直距离;将获取到的实际旁弯量与预设旁弯量阀值进行比较,当实际旁弯量大于或等于预设旁弯量阀值时则出现警报;本发明采用RTK测量设备通过RTK测量技术分别测量A点、B点以及C点处的经纬度值,测量精度可达厘米级,相对于50米甚至上百米的吊臂长度,具有较高的测量精度;安装使用方便,测量设备安装后可持续、动态测量并记录吊臂旁弯量,为后续的数据分析提供方便。
