The invention discloses a method for measuring sidewise bending of a crane by using a theodolite, which comprises the following steps of: finding a stable point to erect the theodolite, and enabling the erection site to be close to a web outside a main beam as much as possible; precisely leveling the theodolite; establishing a coordinate system, and positioning the north direction along the direction of the main beam; a leveling rod is erected on the first large partition plate, the last large partition plate and the web plate at the position about 100 mm away from the upper flange plate in the middle of the first large partition plate and the last large partition plate in sequence; rotating the sighting part of the theodolite up and down, and reading the readings of the three positions in sequence; calculating a sidewise bending value of the main beam; judging outer bending and inner bending; and judging whether the sidewise bending of the main beam is qualified or not according to the standard calculation maximum allowable tolerance. The invention aims to provide the method for measuring the sidewise bending of the crane by using the theodolite, which is simple to operate, high in measurement efficiency, high in accuracy and safe in measurement personnel.

    本发明公开了一种使用经纬仪测量起重机旁弯的方法,包括如下步骤:找稳定点架设经纬仪,架设地点尽量靠近主梁外侧腹板;精密调平经纬仪;建立坐标系,将沿主梁的方向定位北方向;依次将水准尺立到第一块大隔板、最后一块大隔板处和第一块大隔板与最后一块大隔板的中间处,且离上翼缘板约100mm处的腹板上;上下转动经纬仪照准部,依次读出三个位置的读数;计算主梁旁弯值;判断外弯和内弯;根据规范计算最大允许限差判断主梁旁弯是否合格。本发明的目的是提供一种使用经纬仪测量起重机旁弯的方法,操作简单,测量效率高,精确度高,测量人员安全。
