The ultra-high-definition camera is parallel to an edge opening of a traction wheel steel wire rope of the traction type elevator; the light supplementing lamp is located behind the ultra-high-definition camera; the ultra-high-definition camera communicates with an elevator control system through a 485 communication interface; a built-in chip and a built-in memory connected with the built-in chip are arranged in the ultra-high-definition camera, and an intelligent algorithm is arranged in the built-in chip; and a standard image library is stored in the built-in memory. According to the device and method for detecting the working condition of the traction type elevator traction wheel steel wire rope, the real-time image of the traction type elevator traction wheel steel wire rope is obtained through the ultra-high-definition camera, working condition monitoring can be completed in real time, and the influence of human factors is avoided to the maximum extent.

    本发明公开了一种曳引式电梯曳引轮钢丝绳工况的检测装置及其检测方法,包括超高清摄像机、补光灯、电源适配器和网络传输交换设备,超高清摄像机通过摄像机吊装支架安装在电梯机房内,超高清摄像机与曳引式电梯曳引轮钢丝绳的沿口平行;补光灯位于所述超高清摄像机后方;超高清摄像机通过485通讯接口与电梯控制系统通讯;超高清摄像机内设置有内置芯片和与其相连的内置存储器,内置芯片中设置有智能算法;内置存储器中存储有标准图库。本发明的曳引式电梯曳引轮钢丝绳工况的检测装置及其检测方法,通过超高清摄像机获得的曳引式电梯曳引轮钢丝绳实时图像,可以实时完成工况监测,最大限度的避免人为因素的影响。
