The invention discloses a traction type elevator steel wire rope height difference accurate detection device and method, and relates to the technical field of traction wheel steel wire rope detection. The detection device comprises a mounting mechanism, a single-groove detection mechanism and an information processing mechanism; the mounting mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the single-groove detection mechanism, so that the single-groove detection mechanism detects the meshing depth of the traction sheave single groove and the steel wire rope; the mounting mechanism is fixedly mounted on the traction wheel mounting seat; the single-groove detection mechanisms are arranged on one side of the mounting mechanism and are arranged above the traction wheel; and the information processing mechanism is used for measuring data of the single-groove detection mechanism. The distance between the highest point of the steel wire rope and the zero graduation line is measured through the fixed distance between the zero graduation line of the single-groove detection mechanism and the surface of the traction wheel and the descending distance of the telescopic assembly, and the height difference between the steel wire ropes is obtained after information processing; the device is convenient to install and adjust, strong in data acquisition intuition, convenient and efficient in measurement, and capable of measuring meshing states of different types of traction sheave steel wire ropes.

    本发明公开一种曳引式电梯钢丝绳高度差精准检测装置及方法,涉及曳引轮钢丝绳检测技术领域,检测装置包括安装机构,单槽检测机构及信息处理机构;安装机构用于调整单槽检测机构的位置,使单槽检测机构检测曳引轮单槽与钢丝绳啮合深度;安装机构固定安装在曳引轮安装座上;且单槽检测机构均置于安装机构一侧,且置于曳引轮上方;信息处理机构用于单槽检测机构的测量数据。本发明利用单槽检测机构零刻度线到曳引轮表面固定的距离以及伸缩组件下降的距离测得钢丝绳最高点到零刻度线距离,并通过信息处理后得到各钢丝绳之间的高度差;本装置安装调整便捷,获取数据直观性强,测量便捷高效,可对不同类型的曳引轮钢丝绳啮合状态测量。
