The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for evaluating driving route familiarity based on GPS (Global Positioning System) travel data, which comprises the following steps of: S1, collecting GPS point data of a historical travel of a vehicle, and carrying out filtering and travel segmentation processing on the GPS point data to obtain all travels of each vehicle; s2, for all travels of each vehicle, calculating the distance between any two travels by adopting a DTW algorithm; s3, clustering the distance by adopting a clustering algorithm to obtain a clustering result; and S4, according to the clustering result, performing driving route familiarity evaluation on any new travel T by adopting a Gaussian model. By implementing the embodiment of the invention, the driving route familiarity of each journey can be evaluated, and important features can be provided for a vehicle accident and annual compensation amount prediction model established based on driving behavior data, so that the driving risk, habit and risk of a driver can be described more accurately.

    本发明实施例公开了一种基于GPS行程数据评估驾驶路线熟悉度的方法,包括:S1:收集车辆历史行程的GPS点数据,对所述GPS点数据进行过滤、行程切分处理,得到每一车辆的所有行程;S2:针对每一车辆的所有行程,采用DTW算法计算任意两条行程之间的距离;S3:采用聚类算法对所述距离进行聚类,得到聚类结果;S4:根据所述聚类结果,采用高斯模型对任意一条新的行程T进行驾驶路线熟悉度评估。实施本发明实施例,可针对每一条行程的驾驶路线熟悉度进行评估,可为基于驾驶行为数据搭建的预测车辆出险、年度赔付金额模型提供重要特征,从而更加精准的刻画驾驶员的驾驶风险、习惯和风险。
