The invention provides a composite material cabin section, a forming mold and a preparation method of a composite material beam. The upper inner cylinder and the lower inner cylinder are correspondingly fixed, the outer part of the upper inner cylinder is fixedly connected with an upper inner section, the outer part of the lower inner cylinder is fixedly connected with a lower inner section, a T-shaped groove gap for laying a T-shaped ring frame of the composite material cabin section is reserved between the upper inner section and the lower inner section, and an outer section is fixed on the outer side of the upper inner section and the outer side of the lower inner section; gaps used for forming a composite cabin section are reserved between the upper inner section and the outer section and between the lower inner section and the outer section, and an upper pressing plate is fixed to the end face of the upper inner cylinder and located on the inner side of the outer section. According to the method, the problems of adhesive joint surface debonding, poor assembly precision and deformation caused by a traditional T-shaped ring frame and skin secondary assembly process can be solved, the production period can be shortened, and the internal quality problems of bridging, cavities, dispersive defects and the like caused by a composite material prepared by adopting an autoclave process are avoided.

    本发明提供一种复合材料舱段、成型模具及复合材料梁的制备方法,包括上内筒、下内筒、上压板、下压板、上内分瓣、下内分瓣以及外分瓣;上内筒与下内筒相对应固定,在上内筒的外部固定连接上内分瓣,在下内筒的外部固定连接下内分瓣,上内分瓣与下内分瓣之间留有用于铺放复合材料舱段的T型环框的T型凹槽空隙,在上内分瓣与下内分瓣的外侧固定外分瓣,上内分瓣和下内分瓣与外分瓣之间留有用于成型复合材料舱段的空隙,上压板固定在上内筒的端面上并在外分瓣内侧。本发明能够解决传统T型环框和蒙皮二次装配工艺带来的胶接面脱粘、装配精度差和变形问题,可缩短生产周期,避免采用热压罐工艺制备的复合材料带来架桥、空洞、弥散性缺陷等内部质量问题。
