The invention relates to a ship collision avoidance intelligent decision-making method based on an improved brainstorm optimization algorithm, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining electronic chart data, navigation state data of other ships in a ship navigation water area, and a space relative position relation between the ship and an offshore wind plant; then, the meeting relation between the ships is determined; a triggering threshold value of a new individual is generated through self-adaptive updating, and the ship steering angle with the best collision avoidance effect and the sailing time after ship steering are searched out; the calculated optimal collision avoidance steering angle and steering sailing time are used as one of optimization sub-objectives to prohibit the ship from steering and avoiding towards one side of the wind power plant, and the navigation safety in the water area near the offshore wind power plant can be met. According to the method, the brainstorm optimization algorithm is improved, the search of the global optimal solution is accelerated, and the effectiveness and speed of decision making are improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于改进头脑风暴优化算法的船舶避碰智能决策方法,其首先获取电子海图数据与船舶航行水域其他船舶的航行状态数据、以及船舶与海上风电场的空间相对位置关系;然后确定船舶之间的会遇关系;并通过自适应地更新产生新个体的触发阈值,搜索出避碰效果最好的船舶转向角度与船舶转向后的航行时间;将计算得出的最佳避碰转向角度和转向航行时间,以禁止船舶向风电场一侧操舵避让为优化子目标之一,能够满足在海上风电场附近水域的通航安全。本发明通过改进头脑风暴优化算法,加快搜索到全局最优解,提高决策的有效性和速度。
