The invention discloses a ship collision avoidance decision-making method. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring related information of the ship and a target ship and calculating DCPA and TCPA between ships by utilizing an algebraic method; with the DCPA and the TCPA as data input, determining a collision risk index (CRI) of a ship by adopting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; with full consideration of safety and economy of ship navigation, establishing a collision avoidance decision-making model based on the steering amplitude and the navigation time; and under the condition thatthe CRI is larger than or equal to 0.5, acquiring an optimal steering amplitude of the way-giving ship in a global range and the navigation time required by the new navigation direction by utilizingthe characteristics that a particle swarm-genetic optimization algorithm can effectively improve the convergence precision and accelerate the global optimization. According to the technical method, certain collision avoidance decision-making reference can be provided for a ship driver, and the collision avoidance decision-making level of the ship driver under the assistance of a machine can be improved.
本发明公开了一种船舶避碰决策方法,该方法包括:通过获取本船与目标船的相关信息,利用代数法计算船舶之间的DCPA和TCPA;再将DCPA与TCPA作为数据输入,采用模糊综合评判确定船舶碰撞危险度(CRI);综合考虑船舶航行的安全性与经济性,建立基于转向幅度与航行时间的避碰决策模型,利用粒子群‑遗传优化算法能够有效地提高收敛精度和加速全局寻优的速度的特点,当CRI≥0.5时,获得让路船在全局范围内的最佳转向幅度及在新航向上所需的航行时间。本发明的技术方法可以为船舶驾驶人员提供一定的避碰决策参考,有助于提升船舶驾驶员在机器辅助下的避碰决策化水平。
