The invention discloses a single-degree-of-freedom micro-vibration simulator which comprises a horizontally arranged ground adapter plate. The adapter frame is fixed at the upper end of the ground adapter plate; the driving mechanism is located in the center of the adapter frame and connected to the ground adapter plate; the load platform is connected to the transfer frame through a guide mechanism; the limiting mechanism is connected to the fixing frame and used for providing limiting for the guiding mechanism. The single-degree-of-freedom micro-vibration simulator is simple in structure, and the two parallel elastic plates are used for replacing a combination mode of a guide rail and a guide column of a traditional single-degree-of-freedom vibration simulator to ensure that the simulator can reciprocate in one direction; the structure of the single-degree-of-freedom vibration simulator is greatly simplified, installation and manufacturing are easy, the load platform is designed to be large enough and can bear large-mass test loads, and meanwhile the frequency band width of micro-vibration simulation is widened.

    本发明公开了一种单自由度微振动模拟器,包括水平布置的地面转接板;以及固定于地面转接板上端的转接架;位于转接架中央、且连接于地面转接板上的驱动机构;通过导向机构连接于转接架的载荷平台;连接于固定架上的限位机构,限位机构用以为导向机构提供限位。本发明的一种单自由度微振动模拟器结构简单,用并联的两个弹性板代替传统的单自由度振动模拟器导轨和导向柱组合的方式来确保该模拟器能够沿着一个方向进行往复运动,不仅极大简化了单自由度振动模拟器的结构、易于安装制造,而且该载荷平台设计的足够大,能够承载大质量试验载荷,同时拓宽了微振动模拟的频带宽。
