The hydraulic biped robot rotation driving knee joint comprises a driving mechanism, the top of the driving mechanism is fixedly connected with a thigh connecting plate, and the bottom of the driving mechanism is rotationally connected with a shank connecting plate; the driving mechanism comprises a packaging shell, and a front hydraulic cylinder and a rear hydraulic cylinder are installed on the front portion and the rear portion in the packaging shell respectively and form an integrated differential hydraulic cylinder. By adopting the integrated differential hydraulic cylinder and combining with the rotating piece and the rotating shaft, the front hydraulic cylinder and the rear hydraulic cylinder can move simultaneously to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, relative rotation of the thigh connecting plate and the shank connecting plate is achieved, a traditional knee joint can be replaced, bilateral driving is achieved through the integrated hydraulic cylinder, linear driving is converted into rotating driving, and the driving efficiency is improved. The occupied space of the knee joint can be greatly reduced, and compared with a traditional knee joint, the same action requirement can be met through smaller driving force of the front hydraulic cylinder and the rear hydraulic cylinder.

    本发明公开了一种液压双足机器人旋转驱动膝关节,包括驱动机构,驱动机构的顶部固定连接有大腿连接板,底部转动连接有小腿连接板;驱动机构包括封装外壳,封装外壳内前后分别安装有前液压缸和后液压缸,前液压缸和后液压缸组成一体化差动液压缸;本发明通过采用一体化差动液压缸并结合旋转件和旋转轴,可以通过前后液压缸同时运动,带动旋转轴转动,实现大腿连接板和小腿连接板相对转动,可以替代传统的膝关节,通过一体式液压缸实现了双边驱动,将直线驱动转化为转动驱动,可以大大缩小膝关节占用空间,并且相比于传统的膝关节,该发明可以通过前后液压缸更小的驱动力实现相同的动作需要。
