The detection information of the wheel flange abrasion degree of the detected wheel and the detection information of the tread abrasion degree of the detected wheel are processed through the monitoring terminal and then are displayed through the displayer, and by means of the system, when the wheel abrasion degree of the railway vehicle is inspected, manual inspection of workers is not needed, and the inspection efficiency is higher.

    本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,具体涉及一种轨道车辆车轮磨耗监控系统及方法;包括车轮轮缘监测单元、车轮踏面监测单元、监测终端和显示器,利用车轮轮缘监测单元检测被测车轮的轮缘磨耗程度,并通过无线通信模块将被测车轮的轮缘磨耗程度的检测信息上传至监测终端处,利用车轮踏面监测单元检测被测车轮的踏面磨耗程度,并通过无线通信模块将被测车轮的踏面磨耗程度的检测信息上传至检测终端处,通过监测终端对被测车轮的轮缘磨耗程度的检测信息和测车轮的踏面磨耗程度的检测信息进行处理后,通过显示器进行显示,采用上述系统,在对轨道车辆的车轮磨耗程度进行检查时,无需工作人员人工检查,检查效率更高。
