The invention relates to a scheduling method and system applied to intelligent bus multi-line bunching, and the method comprises the following steps: M1, calculating a time headway hn of a vehicle according to an expected vehicle driving condition and an expected vehicle driving speed, and presetting a bunching control threshold value hd of the vehicle and a large interval control threshold value hk of the vehicle; m2, for buses on the same line, judging the relationship between the time headway hn and the large interval control threshold value hk, and scheduling the buses to jump to the station and enter the next station by adopting an intersection priority algorithm; m3, the speed of the vehicle is optimized and adjusted, so that the vehicle meets hdlt; hn, when the vehicle does not meet the speed adjusting condition, the vehicle is parked and waits; and M4, when the buses of different routes enter the first station of the overlapping area, bunching occurs, and the timetable of the buses entering the overlapping area is rearranged. According to the invention, the phenomena of bunching and large interval are solved, the bus efficiency is improved, and passengers can take the bus conveniently.
