The invention relates to a bus bunching prediction method and system, and the method comprises the steps: building a bus operation model, obtaining the historical bus operation feature information according to the bus operation model, and calculating the historical time headway; preprocessing the historical bus operation feature information and the historical time headway to obtain a training set; constructing an LSTM-Att model, and inputting the training set into the LSTM-Att model for training; obtaining current bus operation feature information of the first m stations, and processing the current bus operation feature information of the first m stations to obtain a test set; and inputting the test set into the trained LSTM-Att model to predict the current time headway of the (m + 1) th station, and judging the bunching condition of the (m + 1) th station according to the current time headway. According to the method, the key station information influencing the time headway prediction can be captured, so that the memory function of the LSTM-Att model is more targeted, and the prediction accuracy is improved.

    本发明涉及一种公交串车预测方法及系统,其包括构建公交运行模型,根据所述公交运行模型获取历史公交运行特征信息并计算历史车头时距;对所述历史公交运行特征信息以及历史车头时距进行预处理,得到训练集;构建LSTM‑Att模型,将所述训练集输入所述LSTM‑Att模型进行训练;获取前m站的当前公交运行特征信息,对所述前m站的当前公交运行特征信息进行处理,得到测试集;将所述测试集输入至训练后的LSTM‑Att模型中预测第m+1站的当前车头时距,根据所述当前车头时距判断第m+1站的串车情况。本发明能够捕捉影响车头时距预测的关键站点信息,使得LSTM‑Att模型“记忆”功能更有针对性,提升预测的准确性。
