The controller comprises a control circuit board, four groups of ropes, four groups of fixed pulleys, four groups of rope fixing shafts, four groups of motors and four groups of frequency converters, the control circuit board is connected with the four frequency converters through circuits, and the four frequency converters are connected with the corresponding motors through circuits. The output shaft of each driving motor is in driving connection with a rope fixing shaft, each rope fixing shaft is wound with a rope, and the ropes extend out of the shell of the controller. The length of the lifting rope of the device can be automatically adjusted, stable lifting is guaranteed, equipment and internal equipment are better protected against damage, the device is convenient and practical, safety is improved, and manpower is saved.
