According to the invention, the braking current is redistributed to the motor under the condition of the same electric braking torque; electric braking and energy recovery are carried out under the low battery charge state, and electric braking and energy recovery can still be carried out according to the distributed braking current without changing the electric braking torque under the high battery charge state.
