The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging management method and system considering charging behavior randomness. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring basic information of a charging station and charging parameters of an electric vehicle; establishing a double-layer random game model: establishing a game model between the transformer substation and the charging station by taking the lowest electricity purchasing cost of the charging station as a target; establishing a game model between the charging station and the electric vehicle by taking the highest satisfaction degree of the owner of the electric vehicle as a target; and solving after the double-layer random game model is raised, purchasing power for the charging station according to the obtained purchased electric quantity of the charging station, and transmitting power to the electric vehicle according to the obtained charging power of the electric vehicle. A double-layer random game model is established, the electricity purchasing cost of a charging station is reduced, the charging station changes the charging power of the electric vehicle, and a vehicle owner adjusts the charging behavior aiming at the charging power, so that the expected driving-away time of the vehicle owner and the charge state of the electric vehicle are achieved, and the charging satisfaction degree of the vehicle owner is improved.

    本发明公开了一种考虑充电行为随机性的电动汽车充电管理方法及系统,根据获取的充电站基本信息和电动汽车充电参数;建立双层随机博弈模型:以充电站购电成本最低为目标,建立变电站与充电站之间的博弈模型;以电动汽车车主满意度最高为目标,建立充电站与电动汽车之间的博弈模型;并凸化双层随机博弈模型后求解,根据获得的充电站外购电量进行充电站购电,根据获得的电动汽车充电功率对电动汽车进行输电。建立双层随机博弈模型,以充电站购电成本最低进行外购电量,降低充电站购电成本,充电站改变电动汽车的充电功率,车主针对此调整充电行为,以达到车主预期的驶离时间以及电动汽车的荷电状态,提升车主的充电满意度。
