The method comprises the following steps that the girder lifter is controlled to lift and transport a plurality of box girders, and the box girders are stacked on a high pedestal; lifting machine heads at the two ends of the box girder move from outside to inside; a first lifting pad is arranged on the outer side of the lifting machine head close to the front end of the box girder, a second lifting pad is arranged on the inner side, and a jack is arranged on the top surface of the second lifting pad; two groups of bolt hole groups are formed in the middle area of a supporting leg cross beam close to the front end of a girder of the girder lifter, and bolt connection between the supporting leg cross beam and the supporting legs is relieved; the jack is jacked up to lift the main beam, so that the supporting leg cross beam is separated from the supporting leg; the separated supporting legs are moved towards the inner side to the position under the bolt hole group and aligned; and the jack is controlled to fall back so that the supporting leg cross beam can fall on the supporting leg, and bolts are installed at the bolt hole groups so that the supporting leg cross beam and the supporting leg can be fixed. The method has the advantages that existing equipment of a beam yard is fully utilized, rapid and temporary wide-narrowing transformation of the beam lifter is realized, the transformation is simple, and the investment is small.
本发明公开了一种轮胎式提梁机宽式变窄式的临时改造方法,包括以下步骤:控制提梁机提运若干箱梁并叠设于高台座上;位于箱梁两端的起吊机头自外向内移动;于靠近箱梁前端的起吊机头的外侧布置第一抄垫、内侧布置第二抄垫,第二抄垫顶面设置有千斤顶;在靠近提梁机主梁前端的支腿横梁中部区域开设两组螺栓孔群,并解除支腿横梁与支腿之间的螺栓连接;起顶千斤顶以抬升主梁,使支腿横梁与支腿之间分离;将分离出的支腿向内侧移动至螺栓孔群的正下方并进行对位;控制千斤顶回落以使支腿横梁落在支腿上,在螺栓孔群处安装螺栓以将支腿横梁与支腿固定。本发明的优点是:充分利用梁场已有设备,实现提梁机宽式变窄式的快速临时改造,改造简单,投入小。
