The invention discloses a lengthening transformation method of a rubber-tyred girder lifter on a construction site. The lengthening transformation method comprises the following steps that the rubber-tyred girder lifter is controlled to lift and transport a plurality of box girders and stack the box girders on a high pedestal; the beam lifter is controlled to move in the longitudinal direction of the box beam, and a first lifting pad is arranged below the detachable connecting end of the front half portion of the main beam so that the first lifting pad can be supported on the box beam; a temporary supporting leg capable of moving longitudinally is erected on the rear half part of the main beam close to the lower part of the detachable connecting end of the main beam and is fixed with the main beam; releasing the connection between the front half part and the rear half part of the main beam; supporting legs of the rear half part of the main beam are pulled, so that the rear half part of the main beam is longitudinally moved to a preset position; hoisting the main beam splicing section to the upper part of the box beam, aligning the main beam splicing section with the detachable connecting end of the front half part of the main beam and then bolting the main beam splicing section; and pushing the rear half part of the main beam to enable the rear half part to be aligned with the main beam splicing section and then to be bolted, so as to complete the lengthening transformation of the main beam. The method has the advantages that the beam field is transformed, and equipment is prevented from returning to the factory; existing equipment of a beam yard is fully utilized, the transformation mode is simple, the transformation period is short, and investment is saved.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎式提梁机在工地的接长改造方法,包括以下步骤:控制轮胎式提梁机提运若干箱梁并叠设于高台座上;控制提梁机沿箱梁的纵向移动,在主梁的前半部可拆卸式连接端下方设置第一抄垫以使其支撑于箱梁之上;在主梁的后半部靠近其可拆卸式连接端下方架设一可纵移的临时支腿并相互固定;解除主梁的前半部与后半部之间的连接;牵拉主梁后半部的支腿,以使主梁后半部纵移至预定位置;吊装主梁拼接节段至箱梁上方并在与主梁前半部的可拆卸式连接端对位后栓接;顶推主梁的后半部,使其与主梁拼接节段对位后栓接,完成主梁的接长改造。本发明的优点是:梁场内改造,避免设备返厂;充分利用梁场已有设备,改造方式简单,改造工期短,节省投资。
