The self-adaptive friction safety braking device comprises a clamp body, the clamp body is provided with a longitudinally-through guide rail channel, and an elevator guide rail penetrates through the guide rail channel; the caliper body is provided with installation concave parts located on the two sides of the guide rail channel respectively and used for installing the friction piece and the lifting piece respectively, the installation concave parts provided with the friction piece are provided with cantilever elastic pieces, one ends of the cantilever elastic pieces are fixed to the caliper body, and the other ends of the cantilever elastic pieces are suspended. The cantilever elastic piece and the friction piece are sequentially distributed in the longitudinal direction of the caliper body. When the lifting piece moves upwards or downwards, the friction piece is in contact friction with the elevator guide rail, the friction piece moves along the clamp body to abut against the cantilever elastic piece, and positive pressure towards the elevator guide rail is applied to the friction piece through the cantilever elastic piece. Elastic force is fed back through braking force, and friction and abrasion changes are automatically adapted.

    本发明一种自适应摩擦的安全制动装置,包括钳体,钳体具有纵向贯通的导轨通道,导轨通道用于电梯导轨贯穿;钳体具有分别位于导轨通道两侧的安装凹部,用于分别安装摩擦件和提拉件,设有摩擦件的安装凹部设有悬臂弹性件,悬臂弹性件的一端固定于钳体,另一端悬空;所述悬臂弹性件、摩擦件依次沿钳体的纵向分布;当提拉件向上或向下运动时,使摩擦件与电梯导轨接触摩擦,摩擦件沿钳体活动至顶靠悬臂弹性件,通过悬臂弹性件对摩擦件施加朝向电梯导轨的正压力。本发明通过制动力大小反馈弹性力,达到自动适应摩擦和磨损变化。
