The invention discloses a tubular column connecting mechanism and a vehicle. The tubular column connecting mechanism is used for a vehicle. The sliding guide rail mechanism is used for connecting a tubular column and a frame of the vehicle, so that the tubular column can move relative to the frame for telescopic adjustment. The pre-tightening adjusting mechanism comprises a nut, a guide rod and a spring, the guide rod is sleeved with the spring, the two sides of the spring abut against the sliding guide rail mechanism and the guide rod respectively, the nut and the guide rod are connected with the frame, and the nut can drive the guide rod to move relative to the frame so as to adjust the pressure of the spring on the sliding guide rail mechanism. Therefore, the tubular column and the frame can be connected through the sliding guide rail mechanism to ensure that the tubular column can move smoothly relative to the frame. Meanwhile, the pre-tightening force on the sliding guide rail mechanism can be changed by adjusting the nut, so that the friction force can be reduced, the motor adjusting efficiency can be improved, and the energy consumption of the motor can be reduced.
