The second telescopic arm is in sliding connection with the first telescopic arm, and the outer side wall of the second telescopic arm is in contact with the inner side wall of the first telescopic arm; the third telescopic arm is in sliding connection with the second telescopic arm, and the outer side wall of the third telescopic arm is in contact with the inner side wall of the second telescopic arm; the fourth telescopic arm is in sliding connection with the third telescopic arm, and the outer side wall of the fourth telescopic arm is in contact with the inner side wall of the third telescopic arm; the single oil cylinder is used for synchronously controlling the multiple sections of telescopic arms, the multiple sections of telescopic arms are driven by the rope row system, the tail ends of the telescopic arms can reach any height within the range, and the transportation requirements of middle and high-rise buildings without elevators can be met; a guide groove is formed in each telescopic arm, multiple guide grooves are matched, and the material trolley, the hydraulic winch and the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve are arranged, so that the operation speed of the telescopic arm and the operation speed of a winch steel rope are synchronous, and high-rise building material conveying can be flexibly completed.

    本发明公开了一种高空输送装置的伸缩臂结构,包括空心薄壁结构的第一伸缩臂、第二伸缩臂、第三伸缩臂、第四伸缩臂;所述第二伸缩臂与所述第一伸缩臂滑动连接,所述第二伸缩臂的外侧壁与所述第一伸缩臂的内侧壁接触;所述第三伸缩臂与所述第二伸缩臂滑动连接,所述第三伸缩臂的外侧壁与所述第二伸缩臂的内侧壁接触;所述第四伸缩臂与所述第三伸缩臂滑动连接,所述第四伸缩臂的外侧壁与所述第三伸缩臂的内侧壁接触;利用单个油缸同步控制多节伸缩臂,多节伸缩臂由绳排系统传动,伸缩臂的末端可到达范围内的任意高度,能够满足中高层无电梯建筑的运输需求;本发明的每节伸缩臂上设有一节导槽,多节导槽配合,并设置物料小车,液压绞车、两位三通电磁阀,使伸缩臂和绞车钢绳运转速度同步,可以灵活地完成高层建筑物料输送。
