A first notch space used for avoiding a first retraction pulley in the retraction state is formed in the tail end of the second telescopic knuckle arm, the lap joint ratio between the first telescopic knuckle arm and the second telescopic knuckle arm is larger, and the contact stress between the first telescopic knuckle arm and the second telescopic knuckle arm can be effectively reduced; therefore, the technical effect of prolonging the service life of the telescopic arm device is achieved.
