The invention discloses a monorail crane multi-point cooperative braking control method which comprises the steps that the length of a hydraulic cylinder when a brake shoe is completely clamped is detected through a displacement sensor, the complete clamping state of the brake shoe is judged by the displacement sensor, the abrasion loss of the brake shoe is calculated according to the length of the hydraulic cylinder, and the multi-point cooperative braking of the monorail crane is controlled according to the difference of the abrasion loss of the brake shoe. The braking system is divided into three groups, when the monorail crane is braked, the three groups of braking systems are sequentially braked according to the running speed of the monorail crane, the braking force is distributed according to the proportion, and the oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder is adjusted by utilizing feedback signals of the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor; therefore, dynamic control and distribution of the braking force of each braking system of the monorail crane are realized, the difference of brake shoe abrasion is reduced, the service life of the braking system is prolonged, and the safety and the stability of the monorail crane in the braking process are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种单轨吊机车多点协同制动控制方法,通过位移传感器检测液压缸在闸瓦完全夹紧时的长度,闸瓦完全夹紧状态由位移传感器判断,根据液压缸长度进而计算出闸瓦的磨损量,并通过闸瓦磨损量的不同,将制动系统分为三组,在单轨吊机车进行制动时,根据其运行速度,三组制动系统依次加入制动,并按照比例分配制动力,利用压力传感器和位移传感器的反馈信号,调节液压缸油液压力,从而实现了单轨吊机车各个制动系统制动力动态控制分配,降低了闸瓦磨损的差异性进而延长了制动系统的使用寿命,保障了单轨吊机车在制动过程中的安全性和平稳性。
