The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, and discloses a four-way shuttle car elevator which comprises a main body frame, a counterweight device and a car main body, the counterweight device and the car main body are arranged in the main body frame, a top guide mechanism is fixedly mounted at the top of the main body frame, and a lifting mechanism for driving the counterweight device and the car main body to lift is arranged at the top of the main body frame. The lifting mechanism comprises a gear motor, an addressing encoder and a universal driving shaft, and the output ends of the two sides of the universal driving shaft are fixedly connected with driving gears. According to the power lifting device arranged at the top of the lift car body, in daily maintenance, technicians can conveniently and rapidly overhaul the lifting device on the lift car body, and the lifting efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, the lifting device is matched with the guide rack, when the lift car body conducts lifting operation in the main body frame, stable up-down adjustment can be conducted when the lift car body conducts lifting, the two ends of the top of the lift car body rotate through meshing of the guide rack and the driving gear, and the lifting stability of the lift car body is improved.

    本发明涉及提升机技术领域,且公开了一种四向穿梭车提升机,包括主体框架、设置在主体框架的内部的配重装置和轿厢主体,主体框架的顶部固定安装有顶部导向机构,主体框架的顶部设置有驱动配重装置和轿厢主体升降的提升机构,提升机构包括减速电机和寻址编码器和联动轴,联动轴的两侧输出端均固定连接有主动齿轮,本发明中,设置在轿厢主体顶部的动力提升装置,不仅在日常维护中,方便技术工人对轿厢主体上的提升装置进行快速检修,同时提升装置与导向齿条相互配合,轿厢主体在主体框架的内部进行升降作业时,在轿厢主体进行升降时能进行平稳上下调节,轿厢主体的顶部两端不仅通过导向齿条和主动齿轮啮合转动,提升轿厢主体升降的稳定性。
