According to the method, the exit lane data and the ETC gantry data of the toll station are summarized and analyzed to generate expressway exit details, and the expressway exit details are combined with the obtained basic data table for analysis to generate a toll station ramp flow table, an entrance toll station ramp load table and an exit toll station ramp load table.
