The invention discloses a multi-car intelligent parallel elevator force application load dynamic monitoring method, an elevator system comprises a plurality of cars, at least two main rails and a switching rail, the switching rail is used for connecting two different main rails, and the cars continue to go up or down through switching of the main rails by the switching rail in the up-going or down-going process. The lift car is provided with a driving device. The monitoring method comprises the following steps that (1) theoretical load data A of the lift car are calculated; (2) load information of the lift car is obtained in real time; (3) detecting real-time load data B of the driving device of the lift car at the detection position, comparing the real-time load data B with the corresponding theoretical load data A, and calculating an output deviation value and a change trend delta; (4) setting a critical zone delta i of the force application load of the elevator, and judging the output deviation value and the critical zone where the variation trend delta is located; different critical zones are operated differently. According to the dynamic monitoring method, the load condition of the force application mechanism is dynamically monitored in real time, so that the elevator is normally driven, and the reliability and safety of elevator operation are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种多轿厢智能并行电梯施力载荷动态监测方法,电梯系统包括多个轿厢、至少两个主轨道和切换轨道,切换轨道用于衔接两个不同的主轨道,轿厢在上行或下行过程中通过切换轨道切换主轨道继续上行或下行,轿厢设有驱动装置,所述监测方法包括以下步骤:1)计算轿厢的理论载荷数据A;2)实时获取轿厢的载重信息;3)检测轿厢在检测位置处驱动装置的实时载荷数据B,将实时载荷数据B与对应的理论载荷数据A进行对比,计算输出偏差量及变化趋势Δ;4)设定电梯施力载荷的临界区Δi,判断输出偏差量及变化趋势Δ所处的临界区;不同的临界区操作不同。本发明的动态监测方法,实时动态监测施力机构的载荷情况,使电梯驱动正常,确保电梯运行的可靠性和安全性。
