The invention discloses a multi-car intelligent parallel elevator force application load dynamic adjustment method, an elevator system comprises a plurality of cars, at least two main rails and a switching rail, the switching rail is used for connecting two different main rails, each car is provided with a driving device, the car is not provided with a traction mechanism, and the switching rail is used for connecting the two different main rails. The driving device generates a force application load to drive the lift car to operate. The dynamic adjustment method comprises the following steps that (1) the weight information of the lift car and the real-time force application load of the lift car are obtained in real time; (2) safety margin is reserved according to the weight information of the lift car, and the safety force application load of the lift car is calculated; and 3) comparing the difference between the real-time force application load and the safe force application load, and adjusting the force application load of the driving device according to the safe force application load, so that the output load of the driving device is equal to the safe force application load. According to the dynamic adjusting method, the force application load is dynamically adjusted in real time, and on the premise that normal driving and running reliability and safety of the elevator are guaranteed, the comprehensive running efficiency of the elevator can be improved, and the elevator is economical and practical.

    本发明公开了一种多轿厢智能并行电梯施力载荷动态调整方法,电梯系统包括多个轿厢、至少两个主轨道和切换轨道,所述切换轨道用于衔接两个不同的主轨道,轿厢设有驱动装置,所述轿厢无曳引机构,所述驱动装置产生施力载荷带动轿厢运行,所述动态调整方法包括以下步骤:1)实时获取轿厢的重量信息和轿厢的实时施力载荷;2)根据轿厢的重量信息预留安全裕度,计算轿厢的安全施力载荷;3)比较实时施力载荷和安全施力载荷的差值,根据安全施力载荷调整驱动装置的施力载荷,使驱动装置的输出载荷与安全施力载荷相等。本发明的动态调整方法,实时动态调整施力载荷,在保证电梯正常驱动、运行的可靠性和安全性的前提下,还能提高电梯运行的综合效率和经济实用型。
