The invention discloses an intelligent automobile steer-by-wire device with a redundant motor and a control method, the intelligent automobile steer-by-wire device comprises an upper steering gear and a lower steering gear, and further comprises an auxiliary driving mode control method and an automatic driving mode control method. The invention provides two control methods, the first control method is an auxiliary driving mode control method in which a steering system can still work normally when six phases of a road sensing motor or a steering motor are damaged, and the second control method is an automatic driving mode control method in which the steering system can still work normally when three phases of six phases of the road sensing motor or the steering motor are damaged. Even if the road feeling motor is completely damaged, the steering motor can receive a steering instruction sent by the electronic control unit in three-phase and six-phase states to realize steering, the road feeling motor and the steering motor are redundant motors, the occupied space is small, the space arrangement is more compact, the safety and the reliability are higher, and the steering effect is better. The method can be applied to the field of intelligent driving with higher safety level.

    本发明公开了一种具备冗余电机的智能汽车线控转向装置及控制方法,包括:上转向器和下转向器,还包括辅助驾驶模式控制方法和自动驾驶模式控制方法。本发明提供两种控制方法,第一种为辅助驾驶模式控制方法,在此模式下当路感电机或转向电机的六相有三相损坏时,转向系统仍可正常工作,第二种为自动驾驶模式控制方法,在此模式下,即使当路感电机完全损坏转向电机在三相和六相状态下也可接收电子控制单元发出的转向指令,实现转向,本发明路感电机和转向电机均采用冗余电机,占用空间小空间布置更加紧凑,安全性和可靠性更高,可在更高安全级别智能驾驶领域应用。
