A clutch hydraulic cavity, a clutch air cavity, a brake hydraulic cavity and a brake air cavity are arranged in the shell, a clutch hydraulic piston is arranged in the clutch hydraulic cavity, a brake hydraulic piston is arranged in the brake hydraulic cavity, and a brake piston is arranged in the brake air cavity. The clutch hydraulic piston, the brake hydraulic piston and the brake piston are all provided with gas channels, and when the brake pedal is in a clutch state, the clutch hydraulic piston is pushed by hydraulic oil to move along the clutch hydraulic cavity, so that the gas channels in the clutch hydraulic piston are communicated with the clutch gas cavity for clutch gas taking.
