The invention relates to the field of automobile braking, in particular to an automobile braking proportional valve which comprises a valve body and a valve element installed in the valve body in a sliding mode, the valve body is provided with an oil passing channel, an oil inlet and an oil outlet, and the valve element comprises a high-pressure part, a connecting piece and a low-pressure part. One end of the high-pressure part is flexibly installed at the end, close to the oil inlet, in the valve body to form a high-pressure working cavity, the other end of the high-pressure part is connected with the low-pressure part through a rotatable connecting piece, and a gap is reserved between the low-pressure part and the valve body to form a low-pressure working cavity. The transmission ratio of the low-pressure part to the high-pressure part is changed by adjusting the connecting position of the connecting piece and the low-pressure part; the brake proportional valve has the beneficial effects that the transmission ratio of the low-pressure part to the high-pressure part is changed by adjusting the connecting position of the high-pressure part and the low-pressure part, and the problem that input pressure and output pressure of a traditional brake proportional valve are in a fixed proportion and cannot be adjusted completely is solved; and the hydraulic ratio of the brake master cylinder to the rear axle brake cylinder can be conveniently and quickly adjusted according to the vehicle use condition in the Balham contest.

    本发明涉及汽车制动领域,具体是一种汽车制动比例阀,包括阀体和滑动安装在所述阀体内的阀芯,所述阀体设有过油通道、进油口和出油口,所述阀芯包括高压部、连接件和低压部,所述高压部的一端柔性安装在所述阀体内靠近进油口的一端构成高压工作腔,另一端通过可转动的连接件连接低压部,所述低压部与阀体之间留有空隙构成低压工作腔;调节连接件与低压部的连接位置以改变低压部与高压部的传动比;本发明的有益效果是:通过调节高压部与低压部的连接位置,改变低压部与高压部的传动比,解决了传统制动比例阀输入和输出压力成一固定比例,完全不可调的问题,在巴哈大赛中可以便捷快速地根据用车情况调节制动总泵和后轴制动分泵的液压比例。
