When the peak-shifting distribution system for the electric energy load of the charging pile is used, compared with the mode that an existing household charging pile in a district charges at will at any time, peak-shifting distribution management and control can be conducted on the load of the charging pile in the district, the charging load of most electric vehicles is adjusted to the electricity utilization valley section for charging, the overload tripping fault of a transformer in the district can be reduced, and the service life of the electric vehicles is prolonged. Charging pile management is standardized, and charging pile power distribution facility investment is reduced; and the occurrence of switching-out power limiting events caused by overload of the urban power grid can also be reduced.
